Care
Always use coasters and placemats when using a wooden table. This will prevent moisture or circles from soaking into the table. The moisture can cause black circles that are impossible to remove.
Never place wooden furniture too close to a heat source (e.g. radiators), this can cause cracks and warping. Also, never place hot objects (pans, mugs, etc.) directly on the wood, as this can cause white irremovable rings.
The wooden furniture is protected with a two-component lacquer. Wood with lacquer finish can normally be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth, as long as it is then wiped with a dry cloth. When the wood is finished with a matt varnish, grease stains can be very noticeable. These stains can be removed by using a little soap. If these grease stains are stubborn, they can also be removed with benzene. Never use maintenance products with an abrasive effect. We also strongly advise against using wax-based products.

Delivery & returns
Delivery
We deliver all our products for free throughout the Netherlands & Belgium. The delivery costs for countries outside of the Netherlands and Belgium differ per product and situation. This will be shown in the checkout and calculated on your delivery situation. After ordering you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Your order will be transferred to our carrier as soon as it is ready for delivery. The carrier will contact you to make an appointment for delivery and will come to your home on the agreed date.
Installation included
All our dining tables are installed into your home by the carrier.
Returns
You have the right to exchange or return your ordered items within 30 days. For the exchange or return in countries outside of the Netherlands or Belgium we charge a transport fee of 75 euros. Are you returning the entire order? Then we will return the purchase price within 10 working days after we receive the item(s) back. Please note that the item should not be used in the meantime, as it should be returned to us in its complete condition and without any signs of use.Wooden tables that match the product you ordered are outside our return policy and cannot be returned.
